Our coaching goals for our teams and pre-teams are to provide the mental and physical discipline within a framework of positive reinforcement and encouragement. On team gymnast will develop the flexibility, strength, form and technique necessary to excel in gymnastics. With improved strength, flexibility and listening skills, team gymnastics skills will be acquired with ease. Team gymnast train year round, competing USA Xcel Bronze-Gold, and USA Level 3-10.
