Open Practice: $10 Wednesday’s 5:00-7:00pm Register online through your customer portal First date: January 25^th

Open practice will be like open gym for team gymnast only. Team coaches will be supervising the practice and available for spotting. However, this will be a chance for the girls to decide what they would like to work on, skills, routines for meets ect. You can register for open practice on the event calendar online no later than the Monday before, (must have a minimum of 5 gymnasts the Monday before Open Practice).

No Practice:

There will be no practice for all levels Friday January 27^th due to the GRITS Winter Classic.

Friday January 27^th 6:00pm

All gymnast must arrive 5:45pm, in team leotard and warm up suit with hair up neatly.

GRITS Winter Classic January 28^th

Excel Bronze, Silver, Gold and Level 7 **Capital cup - Warm up/compete format**

Stretch 9:00am ** gymnast arrive 8:30am**

Introduction 9:30am

Awards 11:45am
