Team Southern

Southern Gymnastics Team is a competitive team for girls ages 4 -18. Team members are selected by invitation only. Gymnastics is a very demanding sport and requires devotion and commitment from each gymnast, coach and parent. Team gymnast train 4-16 hours a week, year round and compete 5-8 months out of the year.
